In March 2003, when processing the data radio telescope Arecibo, three intensive spikes were found on the hydrogen frequency with total duration of about a minute. The source was located between the constellations Pisces and Aries in a starless “bag” about 1,200 light-years away, but the signal itself was undergoing a significant frequency shift of 8-35Hz/s. Almost half a century of observations in SETi project yet no definite results on the artefacts.
